Who Do We Deliver To?
We ship to all countries worldwide. All customers must provide a valid shipping address where the parcel is to be delivered. A detailed breakdown of your shipping charges and total order amount will be provided at checkout before you confirm your order. You may choose to leave the order stage at any time before final confirmation.
Payments for items and delivery are made online or via bank transfer only. If you require an invoice upon collection, please contact us in advance, and we will issue it via email.
International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel, and you will be informed of the full order total before we ship your parcel.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are correct, including the selected sizes, colours, and styles. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made. You must also verify that the shipping address is correct, including the door number, street name, and postcode. JQ Wholesale cannot accept liability for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses.
In the event of an incorrect address, you must arrange for the parcel’s collection as we will no longer have possession of it once shipped. We will have followed the instructions provided in the original order.
To ensure successful delivery, we recommend specifying a "safe place" or providing special delivery instructions. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a secure location. A delivery notice will be left, or the parcel may be returned to the depot. You can contact the courier to arrange a redelivery or collection.
Payment & Shipping Address
- Credit/Debit Cards: If using a credit or debit card, the billing address must match the address registered with your card provider. If these do not match, your order may not be processed successfully. An alternative shipping address can be selected, subject to verification with 3D Secure.

Northern Ireland’s Special Status
Northern Ireland is part of the UK but adheres to EU rules under the Northern Ireland Protocol. As such, goods shipped from Northern Ireland to the EU are treated like intra-EU shipments, meaning customs duties will not apply, even on orders exceeding £1,000. -
VAT (Value Added Tax)
For business-to-business (B2B) transactions, the reverse charge mechanism applies:- No VAT will be charged by JQ Wholesale on your order.
- As the buyer, you will be responsible for accounting for VAT at the local rate in your country via your VAT return.
- Ensure your business has a valid VAT number, which we will verify before processing your order.

No customs duties apply for goods shipped from Northern Ireland to the EU due to Northern Ireland's special status under the Protocol. -
Customs Declaration
While customs duties are not applicable, some customs paperwork may still be required. However, since Northern Ireland follows EU customs rules, the process is simplified compared to goods shipped from the rest of the UK.
Delivery Times & Process
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, with up to 5 days during busy periods such as sales.
- Delivery Days: Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM (7 PM for certain couriers). Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays will be processed the next working day.
- Holiday and Bank Holiday Delays: Please be aware that orders are not dispatched on UK or Northern Ireland bank holidays. Delivery times may vary during holidays, and there may be delays during sale periods.
- Courier Services: We partner with reliable couriers like UPS, ParcelForce, FedEx, DPD, and DHL to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Returns Policy
We offer returns for faulty items only, within 14 days of receipt. Faulty items include:
- Damaged or broken items
- Unstitched seams, holes, stains, fabric defects, or print errors
Please inspect your items upon receipt. While we maintain strict quality control, some defects may be missed.
- Refunds will only be issued for faulty items. For non-faulty items, we will issue a credit note.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items are faulty.
- Return Processing Fees: If an order is refused upon delivery, we will deduct a 12% restocking fee from your refund.
- If items are returned in a condition not in accordance with our policy (e.g., missing labels, removed tags, damaged packaging), a 15% reprocessing fee will be charged.

Include your order number, the items being returned, and a note specifying whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. Alternatively, you can use the packing slip to mark the returned items.Returns must be sent via post. We do not accept in-person returns.

Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been prepared or dispatched, you will be charged a 12% restocking fee and will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Sale Items & Stock Availability
- Sale Items: If a sale item is unavailable or out of stock, we may send an alternative colour, size, or similar item to complete your order. Alternatively, a credit note may be issued for missing items.
- No Refunds for Sale Items: Refunds will only be issued for sale items if they are faulty.
